    Description

    We are looking for receptionists to join our team.

    The ideal candidate is an organized, dynamic person with a strong predisposition to interacting with the public and a passion for the beauty and wellness sector.

    Among the duties expected of the role:

    • Customer reception and management of the studio experience
    • Management of bookings and organization of the schedule of appointments
    • Advice on medical-aesthetic treatments and personalized packages
    • Assistance in preparing for treatments
    • Management of pre-treatment documents, updating of customer records, and the creation of pre- and post-treatment photos
    • Basic accounting management, invoicing and receipt printing
    • Support in the creation of content (photos and videos) for documentation of the services offered

    Requirements

    • Experience in front office, secretarial or aesthetic consulting roles
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills
    • Basic knowledge of the most requested medical-aesthetic treatments
    • Familiarity with digital tools for appointment management and accounting
    • Skill in creating content (photos and videos) for documentation of treatments
    • Precision, reliability and team spirit

    • Collaboration with the medical team to ensure a comprehensive and professional service

    Requirements

    • Diploma in aesthetics with specialization in advanced aesthetics
    • Experience in the use of medical-aesthetic machinery
    • Ability to provide advice on personalized treatments
    • Professionalism, precision and attention to the customer
